Review: Your Model Box August Revolution

Today on the blog revolution is in the air as I bring you a review of August's Your Model Box which you have probably guessed is all about revolution.

Lets take a look inside the box...

First you are greeted with these British soldiers from Warlord Games
this is a multi part kit to help fill your ranks.

Also from Warlord games from their black powder range are some Napoleonic French command infantry which could fill a nice slot for your army or make a nice diorama.

This month also helps add to you paint collection with some colours from Vallejo.

You also have another exclusive Rox miniature with a very iconic historical French pose.

You also get some spring 2mm static grass from Serious Play which will come in handy for any game system but will also work well with all the contents in this box.

Also we have a change to the sweet treat this month with some fruit tella..we all remember the 90s advert right.

Lastly is the flyer with all the companies information about the products in the box and next months
box which is themed Nam.

My thoughts.

This box is a nice historically focused box with a mix of French and British soldiers that can add to an army or even start one if you want to dip your toe into historical wargaming.

More paint is always welcome and Vallejo is a great paint range and the inclusion of some static grass will help base all these miniatures for that battle filed look.

The Rox miniature again is another characterful sculpt and has a very ionic pose.

All of the contents in the box has a nice focus and all parts can work well together.
