More Warmaachine & Some New Minis

On Friday I popped over to Eds place for a game of Warmachine. Ed was using Goreshade 4 and I continued with Vlad and the gun line.

Dice Rolling & A DIY Paint Shelf.

Over the past week I have been looking around for a paint shelf to fit all my paints. Easy right well not really as it seems all the shelfs that are on sale just fit GW paint pots.

I have a mixture of dropper bottles old style GW paint post (ones with the white cap and old hexagon style) plus P3 pots which all were different sizes.

Paint On Brush...Getting the Wargaming Mojo back.

Over the last coupe of weeks I have been putting lot of stuff on ebay clearing space and trying to streamline my hobby.

After selling said minis I bought a couple of things from a face book group on the cheap. I finally got my hands on a Lord of Plagues mini which I have always really liked the look of.

SUMMERs been and gone..

Well as you can see I have not managed to post on here for over two months. Its been an interesting summer as its been mixed with life stuff and lots of DIY....

So what have I been up to gaming wise well sadly not much. I popped down to the creative biscuit in July to have a go of gore chosen which was gate fun with Matt and Lano but also very devastating as in one roll of a 6 I was out of the game due to Lano's hot dice and unfortunate fate card.

At Salute this year I treated my self to some 4 Ground Terrain.

One was this Backstreet Hovel and a nice looking Well to go with it.

After The Battle Grimlok needed to be painted for his heroics.. So I present to you Grimlok...

Blood in the bad lands Dwarves Vs High Elfs 2000 points

After sorting out my 2000 point list with Lano we got down to a game that effects the Blood in the Bad Lands campaign the guys are playing. 

I will be part of the barbarian team which allows anyone to jump in and out of the campaign.

My list consisted of A Dwarf Lord, A Runelord, A Thane, 25 Warriors with full command, 10 Quarrellers with a musician, 10 Thunderers with a musician, 2 Gyrocopters, 21 Hammerers with full command, one Canon and 2 Organ guns...

We set up and got ready for first turn again I got first turn and get hatred everything..

 

My units march up the field and my cannon and Organ guns take shots at the multiple Bolt Throwers the Elf's have. Again not much success  really with the dice rolls and the Cannon falling short.

My Thunderers and Quarrellers take few shots at the chariots on the left and manage to get a few wounds.
