Painting & Hobby: The Kraken From Hellboy

Continuing working through my miniatures I decided I wanted to use one of my new Contrast colours and thought the Kraken from The Hellboy game from Mantic would be a perfect miniature to try this new colour on.

Age Of Sigmar Heard Stone and Update on Raptoryx Paint Scheme

The last few weeks have been quite on the hobby front due to life stuff but before all that I got to work and finished one of the new AOS terrain pieces called the Heardstone .
This is for the new Beastman for AOS even though I don't play AOS  A) I though it looked cool to paint and B) I thought it would work well a terrain pice for War Cry maybe for the Untamed Beasts.

Review: Rosemary & Co Brushes

As miniature painters getting the right brush and one that lasts is always important and finding brushes that will last more then 5 minutes and at a reasonable price can be a case of trail an error.
I have had brushes that I have spent a lot of money on to cheap brushes from ebay that you just have  to throw away after one use.

One brush company Rosemary and Co aim to give you quality hand made brushes at a reasonable price.

Rosemary and Co are a brush company with over 35 years of experience who cater to professional artist to miniature painters with a catalog of brushes from synthetic to Kolinsky Sable..

Rosemary and Co were kind enough to send me a range of brushes to review and put through there paces.
So lets see how I got on.

D&D Nolzur's Marvelous Miniatures Vampire Review

I have been looking for a vampire miniature for a while now something that would lead my undead army in to battle.
Looking around the internet I saw some nice looking miniatures from Wizkids under the banner of D&D.

The pictures looked fantastic you get two in a pack with different poses plus they were at a good price I think I picked up this pack for £4.
The have a vast range of differnt miniatures and furniture that are advertised as pre primed ready to paint out of the box.

I think its time I get some paint on one of these..
