Desecration City Terrain by The XLC Review

As war gamers terrain helps us set the scene allowing us to be transported into different worlds and universes.

Well The XLC hope to transport you to a Sci Fi world with their new Desecration City terrain.

The XLC are a leaser company specialising in pre printed MDF kits and have taken their new Desecration City range to Kickstarter.

 I had the chance to take a look.

Salute 2018 Pt3 The Tour Continues

Off I went to 4ground who have taken a fair bit of space this year at Salute.

Well I ended up on Ebay again and wondered on to the Warmachine section and found this on sale...

Arcane Runins

Going through my terrain pile I dug out the Arcane Ruins set I got from Warhammer World a while ago and went to work getting this off my to do pile.

First up the build...

More Dwarfs....Were Going Digging...

After Riot Ville Live I acquired a few more Dwarfs as there some units I wanted to try.
I went for  some Miners and got to work painting these up so they could be off the to do pile.

The Miners arrived in this box...

Talk about memories. My first box of Games Workshop Minis were from this edition (1996!!!) and were Khorne Berzerkers .

Yes these are Orcs...but inside are Dwarfs..

Ebay Terrain Fixing The Tower...

After sorting through all the terrain I started to fix parts of the tower.  It was broken at the base and was uneven when placed on the table, the rails and some of the parts attached to the tubes had also come off during transit.
