Review: CP Models Troglodytes & Jungle Goblins

Today on the blog I have another review for you from the miniatures company CP Models.

CP Models were kind enough to send over some of their Troglodytes & Jungle Goblins for me to look at.

All models featured are made form metal and are all supplied with plastic bases.

Let's take a look.

First we have the Troglodytes which at first impression reminded me of the Gorn in Star Trek so very classic olds school style.

In this Troglodyte set you get 3 miniatures which are armed with stone hammers and a stone spear.

These Troglodytes would be perfect for cave dwelling creatures in your D&D games or as a little warband and it also allowed me to try out painting some lizard skin.

Next up we have some Jungle Goblins

These first 3 are armed with spears and some shields.

The Goblin with the skull spear looks like the leader in the pack.

Also we have some Jungle Goblins with some bows.

These little fellas all have some cheeky character and interesting to see them set in a jungle setting which  could be good for an ambush style scenario in a jungle setting in your RPG games.

My thoughts

These miniatures were a fun bunch to paint for someone who has not really painted many Goblins or Lizard style miniatures and have that character and charm I have come to expect from CP Models.

These are great miniatures to use Contrast paints on as well as your regular gaming paints and don't take very long at all to get them ready for the tabletop. So if you need miniatures for that upcoming game these will definitely do the trick.

They do need a little cleaning up as some mould lines are here and there but not a lot and wont take you too long at all.

Another good aspect of these models from CP Models is the price point which is very reasonable so you can make that sizeable warband or army if you so wish at a reasonable cost to you.

Not forgetting these miniatures have character to the sculpts so I have no doubt they will help inspire Dungeon Masters as well as your own imagination for you own warbands in games.

If you would like to pick up these miniatures featured or you are looking for some new Sci Fi or Fantasy miniatures to add to your collection then visit
