Review Atlantis Miniatures Mythology Range

Atlantis miniatures are back with a new line of miniatures from a successful Kickstarter campaign that are perfect for you dungeon crawler or fantasy/Mythical games called The Mythology Range.

Atlantis Miniatures were kind enough to send over a few of the Mythology Miniatures to review.
 so lets take a look.

All the miniatures are in resin and I have taken these first pictures straight from the package.
As you can see from the pictures theres not much clean up to be done and not many parts to put together.

Here is Hercules

Minotaur

Werewolf

Cerberus

So lets take a look at them all made up shall we..

First Up Hercules

Really strong features on the face and the lions main and gives a grand look.
Really easy one piece miniature  and very easy to clean up.

The Minotaur

This miniature gives a good sense of size and strength and with two axes not a lot of things will want to mess with him. The scenic base is also a nice addition to the over all look of the miniature.
This was simple to put together but you will need to make sure you shape the ends of the axes so they fit in the hands correctly.

The Werwolf

The pose is a classic of a wolf howling maybe at the moon..or to worn foes the wolfs are coming.
Would be a great centre pice for a wolf type army.
The rock had some handy dips where the feet fitted into but the tail I dry fitted this on to the miniature first t make sure it looked correct.

Last but not least is the big guy

Serberus

I really like the expressions on the individual faces here and the size and scale of this miniature.
This was very easy to put together and just needed a little filing behind the heads to remove the extra resin and then  they just slotted into place easily.

So my thoughts...

Once again Atlantis Miniatures have impressed me with their miniatures quality and attention to detail. The poses of each miniature really gives you a feel for each character.

These were a pleasure to build really easy to put together with not that much clean up at all which means you can get them on the paint table or table top quickly.
Painters will enjoy getting their hands on these no doubt and I will be eager to see what people do with them.

As miniatures for gaming these will be a great addition to any role playing or fantasy game that you might be playing at the moment or even as a nice display piece.

If you looking for some new creatures to grace your tabletop and would like to pre order these miniatures or look at any of the other miniatures Atlantis Miniatures have to offer (you can check out my review of their Dwarf range here)
